All utility charges such as telephone, electric, management expenses etc. shall be billed to the user's account. The invoice for utility charges for the preceding month is issued by 25th of that month.
Payment is normally due by the 30th day after the invoice is received. If the resident fails to pay the bill before the due date, overdue charges will be imposed.

According to Owner's contract & Requests, Office lay-out shall be
discussed with ISA.

- Furniture - Desks, Chairs, Drawers, Bookshelves, Conference T/B & Chairs, Lockers
- Equipment - A Fax machine, Telephones, A Refrigerator, A Water Dispenser,
- Telephone charge / Any other miscellaneous items shall be on the user's account.
- The invoice for telephone charges of the preceding month is issued on the 25th of the month.
